Julie Wieczorek is the founder of Anchor Business Solutions, LLC. Julie is responsible for the overall finances and tax matters for the Company. She develops the annual financial plan, supports the sales efforts and provides internal and external reporting. Additionally, Julie administers all recruiting, compensation, benefit packages, and the training and development of Anchor Business Solutions employees. Julie has over 20 years of experience in the document management industry. Before starting Anchor Business in 2012, Julie held positions of VP of Corporate Communications/Human Resources and Controller at DocuLynx, Inc., a company she helped launch with her husband, Terry Wieczorek, in 2004. Prior to
DocuLynx, Julie was employed with Anacomp and
National Business Systems.
Certified Facilitator and Business Coach
Terry Wieczorek is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years in developing and growing businesses from the ground up. Terry joined Anchor Business Solutions in 2012 to help create a professional business consulting and peer group model for business owners to have an opportunity to work “on” their business not “in” their business. Terry is a certified facilitator and a certified business coach responsible for the business relationship with ABS clients. Terry co-founded DocuLynx in 2004 providing the overall direction of DocuLynx. As CEO Terry planned, directed, and managed the operational, marketing, and sales activities for DocuLynx. Terry has received many achievement awards including being a three (3) time recipient of the Top 500 fastest growing private company in America by Inc. Magazine.
Jeremy Wieczorek is a strategic-thinking professional who has managed all aspects of small business operations. He has spent the past 17 years in the creative industry, focusing on visual media and marketing consulting. Jeremy is a mediator and marketing specialist for Anchor Business Solutions and is responsible for coordinating campaigns with clients. He joined Anchor Business Solutions to provide insight on market tendencies on the local, midwest and national levels. Jeremy founded J. Allen Creative in 2014, studying trends in social media, psychographics, and market research. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
